Genoa Italy | Spring 2024
A once-in-a-lifetime experience in Genoa, Italy, shaped this project from start to finish. Taking inspiration from the cranes of the city harbor, the suspended catwalks not only act as a visual assistance to the crane structure but serve as a vertical walkway to view the artwork. Hanging from the crane structure is the centerpiece of the exhibition. The walkways wrap around this centerpiece, allowing for a 360-degree viewing experience. A break in the roof line not only adds visual interest but allows for views of nearby landmarks when inside. This is my most comprehensive project that pays homage to a place I called home.
